When Is My Monthly Installment Due?
Your monthly installment is always due on the 1st of the month. Please reach out to our leasing office for more information on how to pay your installments and when they are due.
What is the Moderate Income Program?
Array on Apache offers affordable housing under the Moderate Income Program in partnership with the City of Tempe. The program is designed to increase affordable housing opportunities in Tempe and keep homes affordable over time. Check out our affordable housing page to learn more.
Who may qualify for the Moderate Income Program?
Households whose income falls within the current program limits for Tempe may qualify. Limits vary by household size and are updated annually. Applicants must also show proof of income equal to at least 3 times the monthly rent. See our qualification requirements here.

What does the qualification/application process look like?
All applicants complete a Tenant Income Certification Form at move-in and again each year. You will need recent pay stubs, three months of bank statements, your two most recent federal tax returns, and benefit verification if applicable. Learn more here.
