When Is My Monthly Installment Due?
Your monthly installment is always due on the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).
What Is Included In The Monthly Installment?
Your monthly installment includes: utilities (water, sewer, trash pickup), electricity set up and individually billed per person, premium cable, Wireless Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Array on Apache’s amenities.
