Qualification Requirements
At Array on Apache, all applicants are required to complete a Tenant Income Certification Form at both move-in (Initial Certification) and every year after (Annual Recertification). To determine eligibility, we require the following income documents. Please note that additional documents may be requested if needed. Applicants must also show proof of income equal to at least 3 times the monthly rent to qualify.
- Pay stubs from the three (3) most recent months for every employed household member.
- If pay stubs are unavailable, we will accept other forms of employment verification, along with a signed Self-Employment Affidavit and any additional supporting documents.
- Bank statements from the past three (3) months — all pages from every account. Certain deposits may require further explanation.
- Signed copies of the two (2) most recent federal income tax returns. If you have not filed, an IRS confirmation letter is required (we can assist you with this process).
- Benefit verification (if applicable) such as Social Security, Disability, Child Support, Alimony, Royalties, Pension, or other sources of income.
